You will work under the Patient Care Manager to evaluate neonatal patients, focusing on their unique respiratory needs.

Your duties include oxygenation/ventilation management, blood sampling, intubation, and participation in resuscitation efforts. Additionally, you will be involved in mentoring and teaching students from various disciplines. Key Responsibilities:
Determine best practices for neonates requiring ventilation support
Conduct assessments including transcutaneous and saturation monitoring
Initiate airway maintenance,



including performing intubation
Be present for neonatal resuscitations and emergency interventions
Provide education to respiratory therapy students and interns Requirements:
Must be a certified Respiratory Therapist
Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Familiarity with neonatal care is preferred
