Reporting to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management, you will lead a diverse team, ensuring reliable performance of Hydro Ottawa's distribution network.

By applying advanced analytics and overseeing grid management processes, you will serve as a cornerstone for compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and manage engineering teams for high performance
Govern and maintain GIS data and engineering documentation
Spearhead load assessments to facilitate customer connections




Collaborate in developing engineering models for grid reliability
Engage in technical presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Skilled Engineer in Ontario
Five years of leadership experience in electric utilities
Knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management is beneficial
Robust computer literacy, especially Google Workspace
