Shape the future of fibroid treatments as a Radiofrequency Ablation Specialist at Hologic. This role focuses on driving physician engagement and expanding procedural adoption. As a Clinical Adoption Manager, you will partner with the Account Executive to implement growth plans while providing clinical resources to physicians in both French and English.
Your expertise will help identify patients and improve program utilization, contributing to extraordinary patient care and access to creative Hologic technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Account Executive on growth plans
Identify procedural growth barriers and create solutions
Promote the utilization of Sonata and Acessa
Support community outreach and awareness initiatives
Facilitate physician training and clinical education Requirements:
Bilingual in French and English
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years in healthcare consulting or sales
Proven ability to influence physician behavior
Solid business acumen and consultative skills Lead the charge in enhancing fibroid treatment access and outcomes with Hologic's RFA technologies.
