We are seeking a motivated and energetic Kitchen Helper/Cook to join our agile south indian food service team. In this vital role, you will assist with food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality meals and excellent service for our guests.

Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes and standards
Support cooking activities by following established procedures and maintaining proper food handling practices
Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Serve meals efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude towards guests
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels
Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working setting
Flexible to lend hands to any other departments if required.
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments especially in South Indian cuisines; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, meal assembly, and basic cooking skills is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is highly desirable
Experience working in a quick-paced kitchen or food industry setting will help you excel in this role
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential for success
