Duties
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating ingredients, and assembling dishes to support the cooking team
Support cooking processes by maintaining cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and utensils
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, including storage, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Serve dishes efficiently to customers or assist in plating and presentation to ensure a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by cleaning work surfaces, equipment, and utensils regularly
Support meal preparation during busy hours to help meet service timelines without compromising quality




Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety

Experience
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued
Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices is advantageous
Experience in the food industry or with Asian cuisine can be beneficial but is not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service skills will help in delivering excellent guest experiences
Previous roles involving food handling or meal preparation will support your success in this position
