We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our MAD Pizza team, driving excellence in restaurant operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key leader, you will oversee daily restaurant functions, manage staff, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Your passion for food service and leadership will inspire your team to achieve operational success and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and customer service.
Manage staff scheduling, training, interviewing, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and efficient team.
Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
Utilize POS systems such as Micros to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring prompt service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies,



and ensure proper food storage to minimize waste and control costs.
Enforce health regulations and safety protocols to uphold a protected working setting for all staff members.

Requirements
Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with a focus on pizza or similar cuisine.
Demonstrated supervising experience with solid team management skills.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms; cash handling experience is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality-driven mindset.
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in interviewing, training staff, and managing restaurant operations is highly desirable.
