The Manager, Financial Analysis & Reporting is responsible for the design, production and delivery of the financial plan and in-depth analysis to support financial decision-making by the Life Operations function. This role leads a team of finance professionals who partner with management teams to assist with their initiatives including development of financial models, execution of the financial plan, forecasting financial results/trends and business case development.
How you will create impact:
Lead the annual financial planning cycle including design, consolidation, preparation, and maintenance of data, models, and schedules related to the planning and forecasting cycles.
Provide expertise and leadership in the development of financial models and templates to support decision making
