Duties
Greet guests warmly and serve food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
Clear tables promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for all guests
Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and dining areas through thorough washing and sanitizing
Support kitchen staff by organizing supplies, restocking items, and managing waste disposal efficiently
Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy hours and handle customer inquiries positively
Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key
Strong skills in cleaning, food handling, and maintaining sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and focus
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking techniques is advantageous
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
Experience in hotel or food service environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated applicants
