Duties
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals to ensure timely service
Support cooking activities by following recipes and safety guidelines under supervision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety standards
Handle food items safely, adhering to proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
Support serving staff by delivering prepared dishes and refilling supplies as needed during meal service
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for everyone in the kitchen




Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and assisting colleagues during busy periods

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Basic knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and meal preparation techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to support kitchen operations
Familiarity with serving, cooking, or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Must be able to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
