Duties
Recruit, select, and onboard three high-performing teams tailored to project needs and organizational goals
Develop detailed team structures, roles, and responsibilities to ensure clarity and efficiency
Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team capabilities
Monitor team progress through regular check-ins, performance metrics, and feedback loops
Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders to align objectives and expectations
Manage schedules, resource allocation, and logistical planning for smooth operations




Foster a positive team workplace that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications
Proven experience in team leadership, project management, or organizational development
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of individuals
Ability to plan strategically, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to changing demands
Demonstrated success in recruiting and building effective teams from scratch or existing pools
Knowledge of operational workflows and resource management best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining focus on objectives
Nice-to-have skills include experience in multi-team coordination, leadership certifications, or background in quick-paced project environments
