What You'll Do
Prepare a variety of maki rolls quickly, accurately, and consistently according to our recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure every roll meets our quality, freshness, and portion standards.
Assist with sushi preparation, including ingredient prep and organization of your workstation.
Handle fish and ingredients with care while following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout your shift.
Work closely with the sushi team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.




Help maintain inventory levels and communicate prep needs to the kitchen team.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a sushi chef or dedicated maki roller.
Strong, consistent maki rolling skills with attention to detail.
Experience preparing sushi in a high-volume setting is an asset.
Knowledge of proper fish handling and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to being part of a team-oriented team.
Passion for Japanese cuisine and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
