They're looking for an experienced operations leader to help drive performance, improve efficiency, and build a high-performing team.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll have the prospect to influence the direction of the business—not just manage the day-to-day operation.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily plant operations and production teams
Develop production plans and optimize labour scheduling
Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and plant performance
Champion food safety, quality, and health & safety standards
Oversee inventory, shipping, and production coordination
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Help implement and improve operational systems and processes

What We're Looking For
Leadership experience in food manufacturing, meat, poultry,



seafood, or another fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience leading production teams and improving operational performance
Robust knowledge of production planning, labour management, inventory, and continuous improvement
A collaborative leader who enjoys coaching teams and driving positive change
