We are seeking a energetic and dedicated part time Superintendent to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a non profit residential property for people who are 65+ years . This role offers a unique opportunity to live on-site, providing immediate response to issues while ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including basic mechanical, plumbing janitorial and ground maintenance activities.
Act as main contact for contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
Respond promptly to emergency situations or urgent repairs, minimizing downtime or safety hazards.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, safety protocols, and compliance documentation.
Skills
Proven experience in property management activities.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
