As the face of our venue, you will oversee daily activities, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities
Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers at shift end
Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and organization within the venue to ensure a welcoming setting
Coordinate staff schedules, training sessions,



and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support daily operations

Experience
Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Strong knowledge of guest services principles and hospitality industry standards
Experience in cash handling with accuracy and integrity
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience managing operations or supervising staff is highly desirable
