Duties
Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort
Engage with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable services, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience
Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Educate clients on nail health, maintenance tips,
and available treatments to foster trust and loyalty
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery
Requirements
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a robust portfolio of nail art and design skills
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization techniques to ensure client safety
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members
Ability to perform body waxing services (nice-to-have) to offer comprehensive beauty solutions
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell retail products confidently
Passion for customer service with a lively, energetic approach that makes clients feel valued
