Love & Lee is looking for an organized, efficient and dependable Fulfillment & Inventory Associate to support our growing apparel boutique. This is a behind-the-scenes role that is essential to ensuring our online orders are packed accurately and recent inventory is processed quickly.

Able to work efficiently without constant supervision
Comfortable working at a steady, fast-paced speed
Dependable, punctual and consistent
Able to follow established systems and checklists
Solid attention to order accuracy, sizing and product details
Comfortable lifting boxes, standing for extended periods and completing repetitive tasks
Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incoming shipments or orders
Previous retail, inventory, warehouse or Shopify experience is an asset




Willing to assist the team when priorities shift

Daily responsibilities
Pick, pack and prepare online orders for shipment
Verify products, sizes and quantities before orders are shipped
Print shipping labels and organize completed parcels
Receive and unpack incoming inventory
Count products and identify discrepancies or damaged items
Tag, steam and prepare current merchandise for the sales floor
Organize backstock and inventory storage areas
Replenish products on the sales floor when required
Maintain a clean and organized packing station
Assist with inventory counts, transfers and product organization
Help ensure new arrivals are processed and available for purchase promptly

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
