Responsibilities
Support nail technicians during various treatments such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancement.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients from greeting to checkout
Promote additional services and retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
Communicate effectively with clients about their preferences, treatment options, and aftercare instructions

Requirements




Must know and can do nail care procedures including manicures, pedicures.
Must have atleast 3months experience doing manicures and pedicures.
Robust communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members
Experience or interest in retail sales to support product recommendations and promotions
Reliable, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
