Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Liquid Line Lead to oversee daily production activities on our liquid processing and packaging line. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality production while leading a team of operators to meet production targets.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily activities of the liquid production line.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Train, coach, and support production team members.
Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements.
Complete production documentation, quality checks, and shift reports accurately.
Coordinate line changeovers and startup/shutdown procedures.




Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams to minimize downtime.
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications
2+ years of manufacturing or production experience, preferably in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or liquid processing environments.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with production reporting and basic computer applications.
