Lead and support the kitchen team
Hire, train, and mentor cooks
Maintain high food quality and consistency
Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs
Create effective kitchen systems
Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
Work with ownership to improve operations and grow the business

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or robust Sous Chef
Passion for cooking and leadership
Excellent organizational and communication skills




Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and scheduling
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to thrive in a fast-paced breakfast and brunch setting
