ACG Construction is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to assist with day-to-day activities. This role involves a variety of tasks to support our team in maintaining and managing our properties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Shop Maintenance:
Clean and organize the shop daily to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.

Logistics:
Load and unload trailers with necessary tools, equipment, and materials for job sites.

Ensure all items are securely packed and transported to avoid damage.

Site Preparation:
Prepare tools, equipment, and materials required for each job site.
Assist with setting up and breaking down work areas at various sites.

Support Tasks:
Assist team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.




Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project needs and progress.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or property management is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Handyman / Renovation skills are plus.
Mechanical Skills are a plus.
