We are a growing log transportation company based in Prince George, BC, looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, trailers,
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, air, and brake system issues.
Complete inspections for Cvip
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Respond to occasional roadside or emergency repairs as required.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and provincial regulations.

Qualifications
Journey Man or Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or Truck & Transport Mechanic certification is an asset.
Relevant heavy-duty mechanical experience will also be considered.
Experience working on highway tractors, log trailers,



and diesel engines is preferred.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Valid Class 5 driver's licence (Class 1 or air brake endorsement is an asset).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
