Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food assembly, plating, and presentation to ensure visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders




Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage practices

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Solid attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Prior experience with meal preparation, serving, or kitchen operations is highly desirable
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
