We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, from food preparation to cash handling, while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties
Lead and manage all restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills in food handling and customer service.
Oversee food preparation processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliations and deposits.
Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.




Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and operational improvements.

Skills
Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team in a quick-paced workplace.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in operational processes.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $500,000.00-$600,000.00 per year
