Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a small crew of 1–3 installers.
Complete kitchen remodeling tasks including cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, flooring, door and drawer front installation, and roll‑out trays.
Plan daily tasks to keep the project organized and on schedule.
Maintain clean, qualified job sites.
Communicate progress and updates with the project manager.
Deliver high‑quality craftsmanship and efficient work.
Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in kitchen renovations.
Experience drilling for hinges, installing doors, drawer fronts, and roll‑out trays.
Ability to operate power tools (table saw, router, nail gun, etc.) safely and effectively.
Experience as a finish carpenter.
Knowledge of how to scribe kitchen cabinets.
Ability to install crown moulding.
Compensation
$35.00 per hour.
