Responsibilities Prepare High level test cases
Test execution and status update
Identify operational and procedural improvements
Test environment readiness & verification
Maintaining different version of test deliverables
Under limited supervision, respond to escalated support issues and knowledge submissions
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities Provides guidance and analytical expertise on enhancement requests.
Knowledge and Skills Understanding of device drivers, BIOS configuration and evolution of PC platforms
Requirements gathering, analysis and gap identification
Preparation and maintenance of test cases
Analyze, create and manage test data
Proper usage of templates and checklists
Adherence to estimation and schedule
Contribute and support technical knowledge transfer activities
Skill enhancements (self-learning, active participation in training/presentation)
Proficient in the main MS Office applications
Familiar with automated test scripts and defect tracking software (ALM, QTP, etc.)
