Drive impactful safety initiatives as a Senior Safety & Training Coordinator within our mechanical services team. You will lead safety program administration, conduct field inspections, and develop compliance systems while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Maintain and administer the Health and Safety Management System
Conduct field inspections and safety observations




Develop and deliver engaging safety training content
Manage contractor compliance and documentation systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects Requirements:
5+ years in safety within mechanical construction or related fields
Experience with contractor compliance systems
Proven track record in safety training and program delivery
Solid knowledge of safety legislation in Western Canada
