Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their dining experience
Take and serve orders accurately while maintaining a lively and engaging demeanor
Assist in food preparation, including baking, food handling, and basic cooking tasks to support kitchen operations
Decorate cakes and desserts with creativity and precision to meet customer specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area and kitchen workspace
Package baked goods and prepared foods carefully for takeout or delivery orders
Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure quality and hygiene at all times
Requirements
Previous restaurant experience or familiarity with food industry standards is preferred
Skills in cake decorating, baking, and food presentation are highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Ability to perform food preparation tasks such as cooking, packaging, and basic kitchen duties
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace with attention to detail
Kitchen experience or training in food industry operations is a plus
