Job Summary

We are hiring a Line Cook with proven Mexican cuisine experience to join our kitchen team. This position requires hands-on experience preparing Mexican food in a restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Mexican menu items according to recipes and standards
Handle prep tasks
Work efficiently on grill and line stations during busy service
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards at all times
Communicate effectively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements (Must-Have)
Experience working in a Mexican restaurant is required
Solid knowledge of Mexican ingredients and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
