Manager, you will be at the helm of daily operations in a quick-paced setting. This role demands a strategic leader ready to oversee service flow, manage a dedicated team, and drive the company culture. Your hands-on approach will ensure the smooth integration of restaurant and brewery functions while maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Manage front- and back-of-house operations for daily service
Lead scheduling and inventory alongside team coordination
Monitor and resolve guest feedback professionally
Coordinate closely with brewery operations for seamless service
Build robust relationships with regulars and the local community Requirements:
3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
Valid SmartServe and FoodSafe certifications
Solid communication and leadership skills
In-depth understanding of Toronto hospitality regulations
