Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our agile culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality dishes. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure health standards are met
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
Ensure all food served meets quality standards and presentation expectations




Adhere to sanitation policies and maintain a safe working setting

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
Passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow within the food industry
