Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
Assist with plating, garnishing, and presentation of meals to enhance visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks seamlessly
Help with inventory management,



including stocking supplies and rotating ingredients

Qualifications
Prior food service or restaurant experience, particularly in food preparation or cooking roles
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Experience with meal preparation, serving, and basic cooking techniques
Strong understanding of kitchen operations within the food industry setting
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
