Northwest Forage Company is an Alberta-based forage production and export business. We are looking for reliable, hard-working Labourers to support our hay production, handling, and yard operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with hay and forage handling, loading, and stacking
Yard and site cleanup and general labour duties
Support equipment operators and production crews
Assist with wrapping, strapping, and preparing bales for shipment
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite

Qualifications
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work long days during peak season
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Agriculture or construction experience an asset




Equipment experience (forklift, skid steer, telehandler) an asset
