Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers
Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials efficiently and safely
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Perform general site cleanup duties to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace
Help with demolition or excavation tasks under supervision as needed




Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance

Skills
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Robust attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work workplace
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changing project needs
Basic understanding of construction sites or previous labouring experience is a plus but not required
Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute positively to team efforts
