Welcome Home Construction is a growing, vertically integrated construction company serving the Kitchener-Waterloo region. We self-perform across nine divisions — excavation, concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, waterproofing, and more. The Role

We're looking for a versatile, hands-on handyman who can do a little bit of everything. You'll work across multiple job sites and divisions, supporting our crews and taking on a wide range of tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who likes variety, works independently, and wants to grow with a company that promotes from within.

What You'll Do
Assist across trades: framing, concrete, demolition, site prep, finishing, and general repairs
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and drywall work as needed
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
Operate hand and power tools safely
Support skilled tradespeople and mentor junior crew members

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on experience in construction, renovation, or a skilled trade
Ability to work across multiple trades and take direction
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious




Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors year-round
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Own basic tools (an asset)

What We Offer
$28–$40 per hour, based on experience
30–40 hours per week, full-time
