Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment to support project needs
Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers
Carry out basic construction or maintenance tasks under supervision, including digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects
Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials promptly and efficiently
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work workplace for yourself and colleagues
Perform routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention




Maintain cleanliness of the work site to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle

Experience
Previous experience in general labour or construction is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or industrial environments
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
