Duties
Greet guests and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including verifying reservations and handling guest inquiries
Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff members
Provide information about programs, activities, or services offered, utilizing public speaking skills to communicate clearly and confidently
Handle cash transactions accurately for admissions, food sales, or merchandise purchases
Assist with food service operations when needed, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards




Support guest services by addressing concerns or questions professionally and courteously

Requirements
Prior experience working with children is highly desirable to connect effectively with young visitors and their families
Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with guests and lead small groups or activities when necessary
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience in guest services or hospitality environments is preferred to ensure seamless interactions
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a rapid-paced setting
Food service experience is a plus for supporting snack bars or meal areas
Demonstrated enthusiasm for hospitality, teamwork, and creating positive guest experiences
