Tsingtao is a high quality, award wining and well established professional massage spa located in Unionville, looking for receptionists to join our front desk team.

Excellent clientele, adaptable working hours, friendly co-workers, convenient location.

Job duty includes:
Be the first point of contact & greeting our guests
Receiving calls, replying to voicemails, missed calls and email etc.
Making appointments & confirming reservation
Educating client in regards to different services
Processing payments and receipts
Organizing files and stocks
Providing refreshments
Resolving guest challenges, utilizing support from the Spa Manager when necessary
Other duties, but not limited to: Laundry, Basic Cleaning & maintenance, Social Media, Coordinating with spa managers with daily work, and other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
1 year minimum experience as a receptionist or related experience




Excellent level of customer service skills in professional and friendly working environment
Strong organization, communication and multitask skills in busy workplace
Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking is an asset
Well presented (Smile, Hair and Makeup)
be willing to be trained and learn about the standard procedures and services in spa
Be punctuated and have reliable transportation.
