We at UniglassPlus are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Service Representative to join our auto glass shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing a rapid-paced front office, and isn't afraid to lend a hand in the shop when needed.
While the primary focus is handling phones, scheduling, customer service, and office tasks, we prefer someone who is physically capable of occasionally assisting our technicians with light shop duties when required.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
Schedule appointments and coordinate daily workflow.
Respond to customer emails and online inquiries.
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Process invoices, payments, and insurance paperwork.
Maintain organized customer records and office files.
Communicate with technicians regarding job schedules.
Assist with general office administration.
Help with light shop duties or moving glass/materials when needed.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software.
Skilled, dependable, and punctual.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license is an asset.
Ability to perform occasional light lifting and assist in the shop when necessary.
Automotive experience but not required
