We are a brand-new climbing gym facility located in Richmond, BC.

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and responsible person to join our team! We’re more than just a climbing gym — we’re a fun, welcoming community built around movement, adventure, fitness, and great people.

We are looking for a young female who brings positive energy, enjoys working with people - especially kids, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a part time (mostly on weekend) role focused on Front Desk Operations and also as an Instructor for how to use our auto belay system.

Schedule Requirements
Weekdays 2:00PM-7:00 PM or
Saturdays and Sundays 10AM-7PM

Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Services
Welcoming guests with outstanding energy
Booking climbing sessions, answering phones, and responding to inquiries
Assisting with day-to-day gym operations
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility





Administrative Support
Managing client accounts
General admin tasks
Supporting daily operations and team coordination

Instructor Support
Provide briefing to every guest on how to use our auto belay system
Training will be provided

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education
Approximately 2 years of work experience
Previous front desk, administration, or customer service experience preferred
Strong computer skills (Google Drive, email, Excel, Word)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment
Strong customer service mindset
