As a Feed Office Clerk, you will support our Feed Manufacturing and Office Operations by:
Assisting customers with feed orders and inquiries
Entering customer orders into our ERP system
Processing bag and bulk feed orders
Creating purchase orders and helping track incoming products
Assisting with supplier communications
Preparing manufacturing orders for production
Helping ensure production paperwork is complete and accurate
Working closely with our production, sales, and office teams
Providing general administrative support as required

Experience
Previous customer service experience
Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software
Excellent organizational and time management skills




Proficient in written and spoken English with solid communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment
Purchasing, inventory, or administrative experience is considered an asset
Experience with ERP software (Odoo is an asset)
Agricultural or feed industry experience is an asset, but not required

Requirements
Reliable transportation is required, as there is no public transit service to our location.
