Duties
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate POS and handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations.




Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times.

Requirements
Previous food service experience or restaurant background would be an asset; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
