Duties
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system
Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area and food preparation areas
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
Experience
Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
Robust communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced workplace
