Salon Rouge is seeking a friendly, professional, fashion-forward Front Desk Receptionist to join our award-winning team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment guests walk through our doors.

Responsibilities
Welcome clients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and text messages promptly.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our salon software.
Process client payments and accurately handle daily transactions.
Recommend and sell professional retail hair products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Offer beverages and ensure every client enjoys a luxury salon experience.
Coordinate with stylists to keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the salon.
Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
Salon, spa, hospitality, or retail experience is an asset.
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Skilled appearance with a positive, energetic attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn salon software.
Experience with retail sales is an asset.
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Evening and Saturday availability is required.
