In this newly established position, you will support the Foundation and its Board of Directors, implementing strategic initiatives and improving operational frameworks. Play a key role in enhancing the Foundation’s outreach and operational effectiveness while partnering with the firm’s teams.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the implementation of governance frameworks and strategic recommendations • Oversee financial and operational activities of the Foundation • Support budget development and financial reporting to the Board • Maintain risk management frameworks and governance documentation • Foster relationships with grantees, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements: • Significant leadership experience in the charitable sector • Understanding of Canadian grantmaking and governance • Proven track record of stakeholder engagement • Excellent communication and financial management skills • Familiarity with CRA compliance obligations
