Duties
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and well-being
Administer medications following prescribed schedules and safety protocols to ensure proper treatment adherence
Provide compassionate care for individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments, implementing specialized techniques to enhance their comfort and safety
Support meal preparation and feeding to meet nutritional needs while respecting dietary restrictions and preferences
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic and welcoming environment in resident rooms and common areas
Monitor residents’ health status by observing changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to nursing staff




Support residents with mobility exercises and transfers using proper techniques to prevent injury

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards is essential
Proven caregiving skills with a focus on compassion, patience, and respect for diverse needs
Experience performing household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation in a home care or similar setting is advantageous
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
