Overview Royal Inland Hospital is hiring an experienced casual Clinical Practice Consultant - Wound, Ostomy & Continence nurse, located in Kamloops, BC.

What Will You Work On? The Clinical Practice Consultant -WOC is to champion, guide and lead the delivery of a comprehensive Wound, Ostomy & Continence program for clients.



The Clinical Practice Consultant - WOC will promote the delivery of quality client care by providing clinical consultation and expertise, education and direction based on a specialized body of knowledge to interdisciplinary team members. This role will collaborate with other Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC); research and evaluate current wound, ostomy & continence standards and facilitate the development and implementation of program policies and procedures, education programs for staff and quality improvement initiatives, incorporating evidence based ‘best practices’.
