Overview The Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and with exceptional client satisfaction.
This role calls for a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, proven people management skills, and experience in both residential and commercial estimating and sales. You’ll be supported by a capable office team managing crew logistics, accounts payable/receivable, marketing, and client communications allowing you to focus on leadership, growth, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Lead and support a team working primarily offsite
Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Foster a positive, performance-driven culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and client service across all projects
Financial & Business Management Manage divisional P&L; to drive profitability and long-term growth
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics
Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency, cost control, and process optimization
Sales & Client Relations Conduct residential and commercial estimates, quotes,
and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Represent the company professionally within the community and industry
Strategic Direction Collaborate with ownership to set and execute short- and long-term business strategies
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning
Support marketing and sales initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in construction or a related trades/service industry
Proven success leading both field and office teams
Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
Solid understanding of estimating, sales, and job costing
Experience managing P&L; and achieving financial targets
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
