Description

Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Manage and mentor project team members to achieve project goals.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in construction management.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager - Construction should have:





Proven experience working for an ICI General Contractor overseeing $10M to $80M ground up new build and renovation projects in the light industrial construction industry.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
