Akkodis is seeking an experienced Scrum Master consultant to support Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and serve as an Agile Coach for the team and organization on Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

Services to be Provided

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives); coach the team and organization on Agile principles and Scrum framework.

Remove impediments to the team's progress and elevate issues when necessary.

Ensure transparency in team progress through metrics and reporting (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).

Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational agility with Agile delivery models and distributed team environments.
