Reporting to the Director of Customer Project Execution, the Senior Manager is tasked with overseeing complex capital projects and connection programs. You will establish project delivery processes and nurture key relationships with municipalities and regulatory agencies. Leading a team, you will ensure compliance with environmental health and safety legislation while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategy and execution for capital construction projects
• Lead delivery of customer-driven projects from intake through execution




• Build robust relationships with external stakeholders and project partners
• Manage commercial negotiations for project agreements
• Provide oversight of safety, reliability, and cost optimization
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Electrical preferred
• Minimum ten years of experience in utility project execution
• At least seven years of people leadership experience
• Familiarity with project delivery practices and risk management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
